(Spoilers) After some thought, discussion, and reading, I actually found a contradiction in Flowey's words. There is some evidence that actually gives Flowey the possibility of having some of his SOUL. Here's his quote: I soon realized I didn't feel ANYTHING about ANYONE. My compassion had disappeared! I just realized something sadistic. At first, I thought it was a joke when the cup evaporated in the protagonist’s hands. Then, I looked around and I realized…hotland is FULL of lava! Not to mention Undertale takes place underground… No wonder Undyne collapsed in minutes! This place is full of lava that evaporates cups and made Undyne collapse. Not to mention that it is hard to breathe when lava is around but on top of that, the protagonist hugs Vulkin: A volcano! Chara says, “Mistakenly believes its lava can heal people” so apparently not only does real life logic apply here but it’s lava is NORMAL LAVA. W

(SPOILERS) Where's the mystery in this? There are three. 1. When Flowey absorbed 6 human SOULs, he didn't use his Asriel form. Why? He had SIX. His SOUL power should have been high enough to reform his body. 2. Flowey got his form back by either A. absorbing monster SOULs or B. Had an equivalent of 7 human SOULs and it wasn't just his original form, it was his adult form as well. 3. He kept it for a while AFTER releasing the SOULs.
